Meilinda earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Petra Christian University. Her profound interest in theatre during her undergraduate years led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Theatre at the University of New South Wales, Australia. Upon completing her postgraduate studies, she returned to her alma mater to impart her knowledge and passion for theatre as a faculty member.

Her expertise in theatre has significantly informed her managerial and interpersonal communication skills, enabling her to excel in key leadership roles at Petra Christian University, including Head of the Office of International Affairs (2009–2017) and Director of the Office of Institutional Advancement (2018–present).

Meilinda is currently pursuing doctoral studies, with her research focusing on the intersection of theatre and youth development.
