Dr. Ribut Basuki holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from IKIP Malang (now Universitas Negeri Malang), a Master’s degree in Theatre from Arizona State University, USA, and a Doctorate in Literature from Universitas Indonesia. He has also pursued training in filmmaking at the New York Film Academy, USA.
Dr. Basuki teaches courses related to theatre and film, including Playwriting, Screenwriting, Film Production, and Directing. His passion for new experiences extends beyond academia, as he enjoys exploring local and international cuisines during his travels.
From 2017 to 2021, he served as Head of the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM).
